This was my first time attempting to sell a home and I started working with Gay and she was extremely helpful and informative about the process, what to expect and provided countless recommendations to get my home ready to sell. I had done my own research on the internet and talked to numerous people about the key things I needed to do to sell my home, Gay was extremely patient with me and worked through multiple scenarios and ultimately defined the best approach for me and my situation. Just as I listed my home for sell the market started to decline and it became more and more challenging. Once again Gay was very patient with me and gave me excellent advice and recommendations, during this time I had a very high volume of traffic through my home.
